Configuring the Jupiter Server for IT Portal service

To use the Jupiter Server to access IT Portal Cloud or On premise you need to configure the API access details of your IT Portal Cloud Server or IT Portal On Premise Server.

Make sure you check the Enable box, otherwise the IT Portal service will not work. Check the SSL box if you would like the data transfer between the Jupiter Clients and the Jupiter Service to be encrypted.

The Jupiter Server config for IT Portal also has settings for the IT Portal API connection timeout and the IT Portal data transfer timeout. Most of the time these settings can be left at their default values.
